What is Lifestyle Coaching?
According to the Institute of Human Development, ‘Coaching involves conducting a purposeful conversation focused on challenges or outcomes, stimulated by perceptive and searching questions – rather than by directly offering answers and solutions’.
A good Coach should be able to help their client identify and achieve their own desired goal or ambitions. A Coach will use many different but appropriate methods and techniques to help uncover the client’s own answers and support them in a safe environment to explore obstructions and difficulties preventing them from reaching their ambition. It is the aim of a Coach to bring out the best in their clients.
Using my skills as a Coach I can help you explore your potential and help you build your confidence to be the best version of you. The NLP tools I can bring to our sessions will help us to look at blockers preventing you to make the next step in your life journey. I will support you throughout helping to build your confidence and/or cope with stress by changing your beliefs and deep-set habits.
I will be able to give you methods and tools to practice to help you with job interviews, speaking in public, driving tests and exams.
NLP is also a great way of helping with confidence so if you are struggling with issues at work or home, then we can work on improving your self- confidence and self-esteem.

What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
NLP is the practice of understanding how we organise our thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the outcomes they do. NLP gives us ways to look at how we think and feel and provides us with tools and methods to alter these thoughts and feelings to help us move forward.
A key element of NLP is to understand how our own mental maps of the world are a product of the way we filter and perceive information absorbed through our five senses about the world around us. Using a variety of tools and methods I will help you to see how you look at the world and how you can change your perceptions and achieve your desired goals.
